1. Scope & Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales orders, 3D BIM modelling, engineering certifications (Form 15 / Form 16), prefabrication, and site deliveries performed by Alpha Steel Frame Pty Ltd ("the Manufacturer") to builders, contractors, developers, or clients ("the Buyer").

2. Quotations & Estimations

• All architectural plan takeoffs and estimations are based strictly upon the drawings, engineering schedules, and specifications supplied by the Buyer.
• Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Any subsequent alterations to architectural designs, wind ratings, roof pitches, or structural loads will require engineering reassessment and revised pricing.

3. Engineering Compliance & Standards

All framing components manufactured by Alpha Steel Frame are designed, engineered, and manufactured in accordance with:

• AS/NZS 4600: Cold-formed steel structures
• NASH Standards: Residential and low-rise steel framing
• National Construction Code (NCC / BCA) Building Code of Australia
• Structural certifications are signed by an accredited RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland).

4. Production & Delivery Schedules

• Production commences upon final sign-off of 3D frame layout drawings and receipt of the agreed deposit.
• Delivery timelines quoted are estimates based on prevailing manufacturing capacities and site readiness.
• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed truck and crane access on the agreed delivery date.

5. 50-Year Structural Material Guarantee

Alpha Steel Frame provides a guaranteed structural warranty for up to 50 years on structural steel framing components against termite damage, rot, fungal decay, and significant warping, subject to installation in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and NCC specifications.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly as detailed in individual sales contracts or supply invoices. Framing components remain the property of Alpha Steel Frame until full payment has been received and cleared.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
